Shipping policy
DUE TO THE NEW LAWS IN PLACE FOR TARIFFS:
Please be advised there will be major shipping delays as our inventory is backordered up to 30 days.
Shipping is from our manufacturer and is shipped out of the facility to USPS. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Order Processing takes 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 Business days to receive your order once order processing window is finished. Please Note Business Days are Mon-Fri. Not including weekends and holidays.
Please be sure to input your correct information for your order for shipping and billing addresses. Once your order has been processed and shipped the order is final. There is nothing we can do and we are not responsible for orders arriving at wrong addresses. If you have already placed your order, you must cancel and resubmit your purchase if you used an incorrect shipping address. We do not process refunds for incorrect shipping addresses or billing address. If you feel your item was't delivered properly, or not in the place that is shown delivered via tracking please contact your local USPS office. USPS is our carrier of choice. Once items have been processed, shipped, and shown delivered to the address provided by you the customer, there are no refunds.
International Shipping takes 10-27 business days. We are not responsible for taxes and duties.
