Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged within 3 days of order being delivered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Hair shades may not be exact and for that we are not responsible and doesn't warrant an exchange or refund. The item cannot be opened and removed from hair net, used or worn.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, given the nature of the product (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Hair shades may not be exact and for that we are not responsible and doesn't warrant an exchange or refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Refunds will only be issued on a damaged good upon arrival and not worn ,used or opened and removed from hairnet. We must be notified within 3 days via e-mail with photos. We do not provide shipping labels on returns. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not process refunds for incorrect shipping addresses or billing address. If you feel your item was't delivered properly, or not in the place that is shown delivered via tracking please contact your local USPS office. USPS is our carrier of choice. Once items have been processed, shipped, and shown delivered to the address provided by you the customer, there are no refunds.
